Toshiba has the worst customer service of any computer company. Their laptops are flimsy and easily broken plus come with an inferior operating system. I purchased an L505D-S5986 from Newegg.com. The unit comes with a 64 bit duo processor but only the 32 bit version of Windows 7. I figured Toshiba would offer an upgrade at some point but I was wrong. I have had this refrigerator now (MCBR1010) for 2 years and I am absolutley disgusted with it and the Tech Support behind it! I have had problems with this fridge from day 1 of purchase. We bought this washer July 2009. When we began using it, it leaked water all over the floor causing a flood. The water leaks in several places underneath. A message appers on the display that it is leaking and to call for service. We called Samsung and they offered to repair, but we've only had it for a day and want a replacement. In February I tried to use my pre-paid cell and got the message that no minutes were remaining. I used my c. card to add $100 of minutes. However, I never used any of those (as I use a different phone 99% of the times). In late March, I did try to use the phone to hear that, once again, no minutes were left. My wife bought me a new ps3, then I deployed and wouldn't you know, it won't play any video or sound through the AV multi out. I have months left on this deployment and no Playstation. We had bought a refrigerator and Washing machine from E-Zone at Koramangala, Bangalore for my brother-in-law on March 27 2010 and the delivery was scheduled for 28 March 2010. In fact I persuaded them to buy from E-zone instead of other stores. We as well purchased the same HP Plasma Color TV and of course we heard the dreaded POP and the screen went black but still have the sound. Tried to contact HP but all they want is 629.00 in order to repair it. Seems the circuit board on the inside is faulty. It is an 89.00 part and HP is aware that all of us have had this issue but it is a major hassle trying to contact anyone who can help you and they do not offer any incentive to help replace the part. I have a Logitech V450 Nano Mouse. This is a wireless laser mouse with a nano receiver. The mouse has worked great until I wanted to remove the receiver from my laptop to use on another laptop. When I removed the receiver it fell apart. Now it is in three pieces.(Which is all there is) I put it back together, but it will not work. I've purchased two Apple products (laptop and iPhone) and have had horrible experiences with them both. The laptop (PowerBook G3 Wallstreet) crashed more often than the Wright Bros. It crashed or froze 3 times a day. It would say "you've experienced an error of -3" or some such cryptic message. I mail ordered this thing and lived in E.
