I received a Sony Handycam from my children at the end of 2005. I haven't used it very often, maybe ten times and recently found that the display is blank.I saw on the internet that this was a manufacturing defect and Sony would replace it at no charge. Company is a Scam! They lure you in at lower price but don't send goods unless you overpay for accessories. Store sells items at lower prices and then forces you to buy accessories that are 10 to 20x their normal cost. I went to purchase a Nikon D90 for about $200 lower than other sites. On December 4th 2009, I purchased an Onkyo home theater surround sound receiver from Video Only. I was undecided whether to buy the Panasonic or the Onkyo. The deciding factor was that the Onkyo came with a free iPod dock. Well, the iPod dock was out of stock but I was told that a new shipment was coming in before Christmas and that they would call me as soon as my iPod dock arrived.
