I was working on my computer when a 'pop-up' was persistent about my computer not having enough virus protection. Infact it stated that I had 36 virus/worms. I kept trying to close out the window but it wouldn't stop. It was convincing that maybe I did need more protection. I purchased my HP Pavilion 1 year ago. My hard drive died. The message read non-system disk error. I contacted HP because their web-site said that the hard drive in this computer had a problem. I contacted HP and asked for a new hard-drive and that all I wanted. Buying from this company has been the worst experience I ever had. These guys are frauds. I bought a screen from them which was advertised with zero dead pixels. We've had our HP Photosmart 6150 in our home office for several years and overall have been very happy with it. However, last night we had a paper jam, which my husband tried to clear. A small piece of the paper tore off and there's no way to access where the paper fragment is. When I went to set up my printer (HP OfficeJet L7780 All in One) with wireless printing capabilities the entire system stopped working.
