I recently ordered and received (not in a timely manner) a computer from Dell for an individual I occasionally help out who does all his work on the machine. As part of the order I made sure to check whether or not the graphics cards supported DVI. They even had a "Help Me Choose" page that I looked at and could see that my chosen card, although integrated, did support DVI. I purchased this laptop from Walmarts only three months ago and it will not work properly. I paid a repair person $100 to look at it just yesterday and it is still not working. It keeps disconnecting from the internet. when I call internet company they say connection is great, it is a power management problem within the pc. I bought an ipod speaker system thru cowboom, dealtree/bestbuy subsidiary. Paid $18 for shipping cost. They shipped the speaker thru UPS ground and took 5 days. The company I work for uses the Bottom Line Software. It is a software for service companies. They have extremely bad customer service. Today (3/1/2010), we downloaded an update for our version of the software which we purchased in 2009. The download caused a problem with the software, but when I called to let them know, the only response was "you are one week out of the free tech support, and our update did not cause your problem." I purchased a hard copy of Photoshop Extended CS4 and was unable to load it onto my Windows 7 computer. Adobe admits to having problems with Windows 7 but there is no support for these problems.
