Avira offers a "FREE" virus protection download. BUT, , , they try again and again to have you buy an "upgrade" to a paid product. IF you do not buy upgrade, they launch a virus ad/spyware into your computer to shut down all functioning. I was told by both rogers and fido retail workers that I would not be charged to switch back over from fido to rogers. I bought this machine from Sears two years ago. Service Tech has been out 5 times- After each service that same night when I go to do laundry something else goes out on it.
