We had purchased a frost free refrigerator - RT45MCSM1 in the year 2008. From the beginning it had started giving trouble. I have bought many electronic items from this store it is a used thrift store and their store policy is once youve bought it. It doesnt matter if it works. You have lost your money. I feel you should be able to atleast exchange electronic items for in-store credit. They'll still have their money. They receive most their items as free donations. I contacted Assurant Solutions when my warranties PS3 wouldn't operate. As instructed, I returned it to the company and they promised a check for $499.99, which was the original purchase price. 2 months, 20 phone calls, and hours on hold later, I still do not have my check. The item was sent in a box without having anything like "electronics" or "fragile" written on it. Opened the box to find a dirty, damaged, and obviously broken device packaged simply by covered by a piece of paper.
