I contracted with this company to move property form New York to Florida as I was relocating. My property was picked up on 5/21/09, held in a warehouse for four (4) days, before it was delivered to me on 5/29/09. While unpacking, I noticed that my computer which I packed together with my printer, was missing. When I called to complain, a certain General Manager who calls himself "Zeek", denies my complaint, insisting that all his employees are handpicked and honest and that this was their first complaint in eleven years. AT&T Store
I dropped by the AT&T store to purchase a shell protector for my iPhone. When I got home and opened the package I discovered that it wasn't new and was all scratched up. I called to speak to the store manager and he/she wasn't available. I explained the situation and asked that I be called back by the store manager. NO PHONE CALL. I called AT&T customer service and was placed on ENDLESS HOLD. There is no obvious way to submit my complaint in writing to AT&T. CEC solutions guarantee after 5 payments I would recieve a shipping date for my laptop and printer they guaranteed the delivery would be June 1 2009 with and 8 day window. But that was after I already did 18 payments. I called the customer service on the 9th day and there response was that they were having a problem with dell and asked me would I like to switch from dell to hp and I said yes they told me to call back for delivery and I did. HP Pavillion DV2000
On my dv2000, the screen goes black and then have to restart 2 times to get it to work (figure it's only a matter of time before it stops working completely.) Also my wireless goes undetected and doesn't even show it under network adapters in my control panel. I googled the problem and found out that HP is offering repairs for ironically the same problems that I have been experiencing. Solomon Kamau is a major scammer who lies about having iphones and than takes your money and runs with it! He works with Broc Hill or Orange County, California and the two of them work together conning people into thinking that one's a 'broker' and one's a 'supplier'. Once they get your money - surprise surprise - no iphones and no refund! They give you one excuse after another and use one stall/delay tactic after another.

I bought a Samsung Digimax L85 Camera at Town Center Mall in Ft. Lauderdale on May 6th, 2009. That
evening returned home to charge camera and there was no charger in box (should have been included).

Vodacare (Westgate)
Vodacom Westgate (Gauteng) have had my Sony Ericsson phone for minor repairs for aout 2 months. During these 2 months I have had the phone back once, for a week, before the same problem occoured.
Every time i get told my phone is 'ready for collecion' I drive out to Westgate (about 35km there and back) only to get dissapointed with a phone thats not been fixed, or fix and put back together poorly. I paid the bill of R600 the first time I went to collect.

Basically, I have an HP laptop that crashed from a hacker attack and for three days I worked with the HP staff to fix it but they told me to ship it in to the service center. This is where the story really begins. I just brought the product and it came with a one year Warrantee.
WELL HP KICKED AND SCREAMED EVERY TIME I WOULD CALL FOR HELP UNDER THE WARRANTEE.
THEY WOULD ALWAY TRY TO SELL ME ADDITIONAL COVERAGE THE ENTIRE TIME.

Empire Total War
I am not able to play the game that I bought with my hard earned pocket money. Ultimately I am not able to play the game because Steam (Server Provider) is not working. Unfortunately they have given me no help apart from an error message saying 'unable to load library steam' and am given no help or direction from there.
I have been cheated out of my money for something that doesn't work and am sad because nothing in modern society will be done to correct this.

i bought a verison blitz phon and less that 2 weeks that i had it it broke took it to the store and of course they advertize a 100% money back garantee or phone repacment up the price of the phone. the phone comes on while on the charger but dosen't come on when on the battery. we took it to the store and they opened the back up and they have a piece of paper that indicats if it got wet well we live in an area that has high humidity. she opened the back the little piece of paper was mildly pink just barely and she said your phone... read full review »

Toshiba A75 laptop
I bought a Toshiba A75 laptop in 2005. By 2006, it needed to have the 'motherboard' replaced, while still under warrantee. I had to drive approximately 1 hour away to a Toshiba provider, and had to pay $60 to get the computer back in 2 weeks, otherwise I would not have gotten it back for 6 weeks. It still never worked properly, it would run loud, get hot, and shut down. I bought an Apple Macbook in 2007, and I love it. The Apple folks couldn't even transfer my files because the Toshiba piece of crap wouldn't stay on long... read full review »
Norton Anti-virus software
I renewed my Norton anti-virus software and Norton automatically charged my Visa card 03/19/08 for$43.19. Within a month my computer crashed with the anti-virus on it. I wanted to ask them how to transfer the software to my new computer. That is when I found out it was impossible to communicate with them. Also, there is another charge to my Visa on 03/07/08 for what I assume is the same anti-virus.
Most importantly, I do not want to do business with a company that will not communicate, AND I do not want them to charge my Visa ever again. I am through with them. read full review »

I have replaced the T-Mobile Shadow 4 times. The Home Screen turns to a white, directing you to go to settings and choice a Home Screen. It will not hold.
Apps freeze all the times, constance resets, hard sets, battery removals, removal and reinsert of sim card. All four phones.
On the phone with pda department techs. Useless. No one want to address the issue.

Just over a year ago I bought my first new computer. A Dell laptop loaded with windows Vista. All the others were shared. This was my first laptop and my first 'persoanl' computer.

On 5/4/09, we purchased a download for the Nortons Antivirus 360. As it was trying to load, it cause my computer to crash. To date, $135.00 to try to bring it back and then another $799.00 for a new computer due to mine was fried. I had to purchase a seperate antivirus from another store to download on a new computer.
All I am asking for is my$59.99 plus tax that was charged to my card.
