My son's LG Fusic cell phone has broken 3 times within one year. Reliability is terrible. Every time he has to send it in he loses all his contacts, etc. Huge inconvenience. The last time we got it back, it broke within a week. Customer service refused to fix it, claiming it was not under warranty due to main board damage. Fujifilm digital camera is not reliable at all and easily malfunctions. I brought F470 in Singapore last year and rarely used. After 1 year I found the camera in blank, unable to shoot any picture. I ordered a new dell computer in November, 2007. I have sent in my paperwork for it to be shipped, months ago. My husband bought this vacuum 2 years ago, I had asked him to return it 1 month later and he did not. I have carpet and floors that i tried this vacuum on, it only picks up dust, on the floor does not brush the edges of the wall like it says, and it wont even pick up a french fry.
