I bought a RCA TV for my mother who is 86 and needed a replacement set since her old one past one. After about 4 months it went dead with a big snap and pop and a blank screen. I have tried to work with the so called warranty claims center. After months of complaining, open a complaint with the BBB. I get a pre-paid return label to return defective TV. I bought my laptop and shortly after the warranty ended I lost the ability to connect to my wireless internet. I called HP and was told that my system was out of warranty but I could send it in and they would repair it for a charge. I could not afford the steep cost to have them repair a new computer so I purchased a USB wireless card and had to pay for service. I ordered an AC Adapter form my Dell laptop computer. Normally they sell for around $50-$60. UnitedSale.com had it for $22.99 so I went ahead and bought it using my credit card. I went to get gas and my debit card was declined. Luckily I had cash on me that was supposed to go to my babysitter. If not, I would have been stranded. Absolutely Sonic Camera is worst company I have dealt with in my 57 years. I ordered a high end Canon lens on their web site and they confirmed the order. I was sent an order confirmation and then another e-mail arrived saying to call them. I did so and was lied to repeatedly. I downloaded the regcare and attempted to buy it for $9.99 like advertised but when i was redirected to Paypal it charged me $39.90. I am extremely dissapointed. On October 17, 2008 I ordered a wireless headphone and charged $93 to my VISA card through PayPal. GR Frequencies' website states that they ship the next business day with delivery to Rocky Mountain addresses in 3 to 4 business days. In 1/2008 purchased a MIO C230 GPS device.From day 1 it started throwing an error an rebooting itself. I have tried to download a ringtone track from my favourite film. I kept getting messages to text ok to a number (first 88838 then 81194) and each time a response came I got charged about £3 and I was told I became a memeber of this or that club at £4.50 or £9 a week. This place is a rip-off and a scam. Don't buy from them. They sent me a bluetooth headset which was in a box that looked like it had just been stuffed in there. Box all torn up with no owners manual or a guide on how to use as it states on the outside of the box. agent, Officer Patrick Clapper, calls and give threating comments on arresting me without bail, and is very unproffessional and intimadaiting to the matter at hand. He will not give and information in writing or give you time to talk. The more information I ask for the harsh tone he get with me. I received a letter from United Online Collection Division that my account has been placed in our office for collection in the amount of $19.90 and to pay in full by November 24, 2008. My account has been closed sinse January 2008. I tried contacting the toll free number of 866-210-1700 and all I got was a recording and I did not have the option of of talking with a representative, which is very unusual. Shelah Johnson and her company, Techchex, owes me money since April of 2008. Shelah has come up with a slew of excuses as to why she could not pay her overdue invoices to me. I had to stop in, out of the blue to collect a smaller amount invoice on the spot. We had purchsed 4 Kitchen Aid microwaves (Model KCMS1555RSS-1) in Feb. 06. Approximately, 6 mo. ago, one of the units malfunctioned (Serial # FGS3006428), in the off mode- the unit remained on and started smoking.
