I ordered a dvd by credit card. They say they sent it but they only can substantiate that it was sent to the Post Office in Oakland, Calif., not that it ever reached my address. I purchased a Samsung Blue Ray Hometheater system on 8/28/09 and it immediately displayed flaws and cracks in the dvd picture. I called for a service repair and they said they would repair it in 7 to 14 days. After the repair, the dvd player wouldn't play discs AT ALL. Apparently the repair only worsened the problem.
