Buyer beware. Thinking we spend an average 8 to 10 hrs in bed daily. Spending nearly $3000.00 on a Kingsdown mattress is justifiable. Thinking we would wake up each morning well rested. I'm a HPCL customer for last 7 years and on 20th August 2007 I have delivered a C-07 HP gas by my Gas Agency (Dona Paula Gas Agency Contact no. 0832 2453755 ) India, I had told to my gas agency that my gas tank life is September 2007 and my gas usage can be 2 months from the date of delivery and I don't want to take any risk of life. Bought mower in Dec 2006 online from Amazon.com, but the mower was shipped from a company called "OMyGarden". I didn't use the mower for several months as it was winter, so it had all that time to properly charge. It worked ok the first 5 or so times I used it. Allure Furniture Designs is a FRAUD and SCAM operation. CAUTION, avoid this company. I placed a furniture order three weeks ago which resulted in a roller coaster ride. This company took my money immediately and promised delivery within 3 work days. I should have suspected fraud when after two days, I called to request a copy of the order and the shipping instructions. A & e factory service does not show up for appointments, they do not call. If you call A & E you just get a run around, the only way to reach the corporate offices is by mail, they are owned someway by sears. There is really nothing else to say except please learn from the thousands of us who have made a bad decision and both sears whirlpool and kitchenaid appliances, don't buy them, they are trouble and getting them fixed is a terrible experience. We joined DirectBuy almost 2 years ago planning to purchase items for a major home improvement project which included cabinets. We had priced Omega cabinets at a couple of locations prior to going into DirectBuy and they did a preliminary quote which indicated that we would save about $20,000. My allocated gas agency is RK Agencies at Saket, New Delhi.Their phone numbers are 011-26682967/26682121. They never pick the phone for taking refill booking. Each time, I have to go personally to their office to book the gas. Even in the office, their behavior is very rude as if by giving gas, they are obliging us. They are more interested in selling gas at Rs 50-100 premium. Without premium, the gas cylinder will be delivered after 3-4 days. read full review »

I have purchased a Cub Cadet Enforcer. It has 7 hours on it and has broken twice. The brake breaks and won't allow you to use it. It was purchased out of town as a gift and the local dealers will not honor the warranty since they are not the ones that sold it. What good is the warranty if you can't get it worked on if you move or give it away? The local dealer commented that this "should of been recalled by Cub Cadet, because it happens all of the time." I have a Indane Gas connection (Cons No 14798) through "Neelkanth Gas agency" Opp Janak Cinema, New Delhi. The service of this agency has been very very poor. last month it took full one month to deliver the cylinder and this time it took 20 days and that was only when I visited the Agency in person. A&A Bedrooms(aka: Ergo-Pedic Sleey Systema, aka: American General Finance Company) sold me a bed for which I paid $2300.00. The same month that my full payment of $2300.00 was made, I received a statement from GMAC stating that I owe 2600.00 for the same bed. My cooking gas connection is with Indane from past 8 years. From last one and half year it is with M/S K.K. Gas Agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 61865. Everytime I book for refill it takes 10-15 days is providing the gas cylinder. On top of it the irony is agency says there has to be gap of 21 days from last delivery. I don't know who made this rule but if you add average 10 days of time taken for delivery it adds up to 21 + 10 + 10 = 41 days. Is thsi the fair rule.. I have one of Hampton Bay's top dollar fans and I live in one of the up scale neighborhoods... My problem... I understand the fan works on a frequency and sometimes when I turn one fan on in the bedroom the one in the living room comes on or off depending on the setting of that fan, which I deal with by making sure the fan is turned off at the switch plate on the wall. My wife and I recently moved into a Condo in Maryland. We were shocked to receive our first energy bill of ~300 dollars for the first month. This was a surprise to us considering we are rarely home and do not use the A/C often. I suspected they were reading the wrong meter. I first called PEPCO on July 16th and the company said they would send a someone out from the meter department. We took delivery of a Stearns & Foster Bond Street King mattress and box springs December of 2005. It was sold to us by Finger Furniture Stores at their Sugar Land, Texas location. This mattress was recommended as the new top of the line set by the salesman. This model was an upgrade from the previous Stearns and Foster we purchased from Fingers that was extremely uncomfortable a short time after we bought it. We have a king-sized bed which we bought from Select Comfort in 2004. It has recently started to lose air in one side. When I called the company they informed me that they had no repair service. We would have to fix the bed ourselves, by trouble shooting it according to their instructions and then ordering the proper parts. What happened to that twenty year guarantee. Alamo Bedding will rip you off. They do not honor their contracts and if you try to get them to honor your contract, they will say you did not follow their guidelines. Their contracts are deceptive and contradict their policies. I have had some of my lawyer friends look at their contract, and all agree that it is confusing. We purchased a GE labeled hot water heater from HomeDepot. Over a 30 day period, we had 10 days of hot water. GE sent a plumber out 3xs to replace parts several times. GE told me it was electrical. I hired an electrician who spoke with GE and said it was a bad hot water heater and the electric was working fine. HomeDepot said to return the hot water heater within 30 days for a refund. I read where there might be a $400 deposit so I called GEXA and asked if GEXA would inform me if there was a deposit required - the answer was, "Of course!". Our LG refrigerator model GR-B197WVS is a few months out of its warranty period. We cannot adjust the temperature settings for the Freezer and Refrigerator. Consequently the lowest shelf and the two crisper boxes cannot be used as their contents freeze. My issue as seen below is not only with the failure of the transmission on my 3.5 year old maytag but the lack of service provided by Maytag dependability plus and Metro Factory Service in Dover, NJ. I had to wait for TWO weeks before the Maytag authorized service provider Metro Factory Service could look at the machine and then waited an additional 3.5 weeks for Metro Factory Service to obtain a transmission and come to fix it.
