This past November, I purchased a carpet from the Carpet Land store in Falls Church. An employee scratched the paint of the roof of my Jeep by sliding the carpet without any protection. A significant amount of paint was scratched off, all the way to the front of the roof. We recently installed Mannington's Carmel (their newest product) porcelain tiles in our kitchen and only after installation we noticed the tiles are warped in the middle. Every tile has a small arch which is clearly noticeable. When we walk we can feel that the surface is not even with ups and downs. Be prepared for a long wait for blinds when shopping for blinds at the Expo Design Center owned by Home Depot. I have three windows with arches that I wanted to have honeycomb blinds put on. The installer came out to measure and do the templates for the arches. I placed the order for the blinds. Kalpana Gas agency - Vijaynagar - 2nd stage - Bangalore. This agency serves Indane gas agency. They provide very poor service. They have 12 phone lines. But every time it comes busy. Sometimes the phone rings but the agency people pick up the receiver and keep it aside without answering the call. If you have to book a cylinder, you need to go there personally. I am not able to locate the Service Facility at Hyderbad. The the firm M/s Krushi, which first installed M/O was contacted on (040) 27718884 said that they have registered the with Complaint No as 1012 on21/06/07. After repeated requests on 23/6/07, 25/06/07 27/06/07 and 0n 28/06/07 for sending the person to repair, they informed that they are not authorized service center and hence they will not send. On April 2, 2007 I put a $300 deposit down for a pair of retractable french door screens with the Wizard dealer in Tucson & Phoenix, AZ -- Magic Screens. Delivery was to be 2 1/2 - 3 weeks later. Despite DOZENS of emails, phonecalls, contact with the manufacturer, and lies, as of July 3 I still have no screens. Owners, Mr. and Mrs. S. Beware - this company claims to have been doing business for 37 years but most of their painters have very little experience. They talk a good talk but the outcome is far from what most people are expecting. This was the worst experience I have ever had. We purchased the Kenmore Trio Elite Refrigerator in early 2005. Two months later, the ice-maker was not producing ice. They came out and fixed it. One year later the freezer died. No cold air. Everything had to be thrown out. They said it would take almost a week to fix and costs me lots of $$$. I am very disappointed with Sears Customer Service and this refrigerator. No one in their right minds would consider buying APC inverters. I bought one in 2005, and its never worked three consecutive months. Even a local APC service center personnel admitted the numerous problems APC inverters have. Now its 3 months since I am awaiting change of batteries and perhaps the inverter itself. Imagine having bought the most expensive APC and spending the whole summer without its benefit. Its now lying dead in its corner. The company says it doesn't have batteries. The Drainage system is open and its level is lower than that of PCMC drainage tank. In Rain drainage water from all other schemes comes into shubhashree woods. All sewage water is going into houses. I have been trying for around 3 months to get my Amana gas range repaired - it is 4 years old, it simply does not work. On Feb 6, 2004, we purchased a Kenmore dishwasher from Sears. We also purchased the 3 year extended warranty. Before the first year was over it broke down and it took Sears around a month to fix it. This was during the Thanksgiving holiday in 2004. In 2005, it broke down again the first of Nov. From that point through Nov 17 it was repaired, used three times, and broke again. My husband & I bought a Cub Cadet "The Tank" zero turn radius mower (commercial grade) 48" cut in April, 2007. Brand new. We do lawns commercially. Any time my husband mows with it he can't get more than 10 hours to a set of blades which cost between $50.00 & $60.00 for a set. Usually he gets less than 10 hours.
