Never ever think of buying a Kent RO System. The company has a totally non existent after sales service support. I bought two, YES TWO, Kent RO Systems in May 2005 on the promise of two years, i.e. till May 2007, hassle free maintenance free with all parts covered. I bought some non-drip dulux gloss paint a few months ago. When I opened the tin it was clearly liquid gloss. I couldn't find the receipt to return it, so used it but it all dripped and ran. Terrrible and I had to buy more paint and redo the whole job plus the sanding etc to dry and get rid of the drips and waves. I ordered furniture from Baers in April 2006. When the furniture was delivered it was damaged. When I pointed this out to the delivery people, I was told to just call the store and they would arrange to exchange the furniture. In the summer of 2006, we purchased two Sanger recliners. Now, in mid-September we noticed springs poking out the back of both chairs in approximately the same location. We purchased our king size bed from Comfort Select. The sales person explained to us how complicated the bed was to put together so we also decided to have the company put it together for us for an additional fee. This summer had Collegiate painters headed by Jeff St. Hillaire paint the inside of our house for $700.00. This was the kitchen, living room, tiny bathroom and hall. Before they left I was asked to check the paint job. I was concerned about the white spots in the kitchen. Jeff said, "oh, that's because it was just painted. Andersen Windows makes some fine products, but electric-powered, venting roof windows is not one of them. I bought four such windows in 1994. The gears of the roto-operators (both the pre- and post-1998) become stripped/dislocated within 5-10 years. In addition, the electric power operators don’t fit well onto the roto-operators and need adjusting every year or two. I ordered the storm shutters in april and gave them a deposit of 15000.00 . They were supposed to install them in september, the owner came out in sept and told me they needed to upgrade the material and it would be another deposit of 4000.00 they came out in october and started to install but left after four hours, now i have half of the shutters laying around my property. This company will tie you in to a five year contract make all types of offer and once you sign the paper work there is no out of this contract they will not even charge you an early termination fee, they told me they will just ruin my credit and report me to the credit bureau. So if you loose your job or if you find out that your child is ill and he requires expensive meds you can not break this contract. I couldn't resist the great financing and semi-quality couches when I walked into Mor furniture two months ago. I ended up purchasing a sectional couch that I was told would be delivered 15 days later. Since then my delivery date has been rescheduled 6 times. I purchased 4 appliances from Home Depot in Biloxi Mississippi to repair our Hurricane Katrina damaged home in Long Beach Mississippi. I bought some of them on clearance. 3-story house that has water supply but their water meter is not working the way it should be. They attached something to their water meter so the reading will become fixed. They can easily "pull the supply line from their water meter" every time they use water. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator in April 2004. This weekend we were hearing loud thumping noises coming from the refrigerator and earlier that afternoon, the top refrigerator portion of the unit died. This has been the worst home improvement supplier I have ever delt with. Their customer service is awful. No retrun call, no return emails. Just awful. On July 6th I purchased 6 boxes of PRBAMHC Bamboo flooring. I installed the first 5 boxes and the floor looked great. In june of this year I paid Daniel Sneed from Dimensions Architecture to draw plans for the interior renovation of a medical office in Azusa, CA. He stated that it would take about 6 weeks for him to make the drawings and for them to be approved by the city. My wife and I moved into a new home in Berkeley Springs, WV in Dec. 2004. We contracted with Thompson Gas to provide a 200 gallon propane supply tank. This dishwashers rollers that the racks sit on are very cheap. They break constantly and I have had to replace them several times and have ended up super gluing them. I e-mailed Maytag and their response was basically too bad. The service man that came and worked on the racks told me that there was a problem with them, but even the ones that he replaced them with broke. We contracted John Dube to paint our house. He guaranteed his work for 5 yrs., and told us he was fully insured (we have this in writing). After painting our house, then have it peel off a few months later, we contacted him. He did a "patch" job, but it again did not take. He told us he had never painted a house built with mahogany wood before, and would not be able to come back, because he would lose money painting our house again.
