I am a customer of Indane Gas for last 5 years. I have booked for a refill of gas cylinder. Firstly the agent refused to take booking and told me that he will not take booking before 25 days of last delivery of refilled cylinder. I booked for refilling of cylinder after 25 days though there are no such restrictions by central government. We bought steel shed on line last year Dec. 2006. Since we received the shipment we've had missing peaces and damaged pieces. As we started to put up the frame we found out we had damaged parts and also missing parts. Here is a scam that More Furniture is pulling... I bought a couch and loveseat combination on 1/17/06 using their no interest until 2011. A new promotion is introduced a few days later, no interest until 2009 and they will pay sales tax. I am a consumer of Jyothi Gas, located at Wilson Garden near Lakkasandra,Bangalore. Whenever I go for for a LPG refill, I find that they've increased the price. Now the current price is Rs.550/-, almost double of the standard price prescribed by the govt. Every month there is an increase in the price. Also, the home delivery service is not proper. This past Thursday, I phoned Center Point Energy and reported a gas leak; a tech came out and found where the leaks were and informed me that they had to take our meter; they never told me on the phone that they might take the meter when I called; The tech told me that if we could have a plummer come out and fix the problem that we could still call them back and someone would bring the meter back before midnight. I live in Illinois, and contracted with Home Depot to replace my roof. Part of the contract said they would replaced warped decking. I had ordered a product (a vacuum cleaner) from BestBuy store at Perimeter (GA, Atlanta) on 2/15/2007. The product was supposed to be delivered by UPS on 2/21/2007 but it got lost. During the late 1980’s and early 1990s Andersen had a factory quality problem. The vinyl sash frames cracked on some of their windows. Last June an Andersen Window technician did warranty work at my home. Andersen provided 13 new sashes which he installed. I am a LPG Indane customer with Tirupati Gas Associates, Nangloi, Delhi and my consumer Number is ZOG 7050. I have booked for a refill on 05.03.2007. Even though it is nearing twelve days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. I went to dealer two-three times but every time they told me we will send it in one or two day. This is happening from last few months. It has been over a month since I placed an order with Petals.com and paid by credit card. I received an email confirming my order. Since then, nothing. There was no delivery of the items and numerous emails have gone unanswered. Calling their Customer Service number is useless. I had Pella Designer Series casement windows with Slimshades installed in July 2004. One and a half years later, the shades on most windows have indented the wood as they contact the sash (putting the shade down). On 4 windows the nylon blocks on the bottom of the shade have worked through the stain and hard coat and are mutilating the wood. I called to place my order for stair parts, because I needed advice. Their "specialist" assisted me and ordered handrails that were too small for the balusters. I was told by customer service that "since I had confirmed the order, there was nothing they could do". Their website lists the dimensions of the handrails as 2-1/4"X2-3/8".
