I visited the Regency Furniture Store in Largo on April 12,2007. I saw a bedroom set that caught my eye, so I put the set on layaway. The set was a 1,300 dollar set. Because of possible malfunction, my gas meter was removed for testing. However, the Elizabethtown Gas Co. refuses to send me a written report of test keeping me in dark whether it was ever done, performed properly, or performed under supervision to avoid any bias. Do NOT buy from these people. They state in the warranty that the warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 10 years. We have some very high dollar patio doors rotting out at the bottom. They were installed in 1997 and in 2000, one of them was showing rot. At the walmart store located in trinidad, colordado, there is very poor care regarding the garden center. There is a greenhouse set up at walmart with hundreds of plants in it. On the week of April 6th, 2007, we had freezing drizzle and temperatures fell below freezing. I noted that a portion of the greenhouse siding was down and the plants exposed to the cold. April 27, 2006, after calling numerous hurricane shutter companies I found SSMF. They came out were very nice followed up calling and came out twice to measure before the contract was signed. I have owned this dryer since 10/5/05. I also purchased a 5 year warranty. Since this date, I have had numerous service calls for the same issue. The technician will install a part and a few months later the same thing happens and it is no longer working again. I have called and written Boscovs, Whirlpool, and the better business bureau to no avail. It is well over a year later and the dryer is still breaking down on a regular basis. Prima Seal took a 33% deposit in early January of 2007, promising to install 9 replacement windows within 6 weeks. Two months later, I received a phone call from their supplier, SunRise windows, informing me that Prima Seal had ordered windows but not paid for them. You should think twice before hiring this company. J. Morris Construction has a reputation of doing shotty work and not completing his projects. When I had them back in 2006 complete an addition to my home we had nothing but problems. Inexperienced workers drilled holes in our existing part of the home. Mind you, they never repaired them. My GE washing machine broke and flooded the laundry room. The repairman opened up the washing machine and found that the drainpipe between the tub and pump had split. He stated that this was very unusual. Upon further investigation he discovered that two of the dampening straps (shock absorbers) were broken. Why did they break? My god, I wish I had checked out your website before I got mixed up in Pergo laminate flooring. I had it installed in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. It is impossible, absolutely impossible, to keep looking nice. Absolutely every time anyone (or my pets) walks on it, it must be wiped and buffed. I notice this complaint is common.
