The said bill has not been corrected and Every month applicany has to go to sargodha for correction the Bill as from October arears are included in the bill due to wrong reading by meter reader. One would expect a much better level of customer service from an organization that associates themselves and their products with the highest level of quality. Carrier Gas Furnaces
I build a new home in 2006. The builder installed a Carrier Infinity furnace and air conditioner which cost over $11, 000. In June 2011, the blower motor and module on the furnace failed. Carrier would not honor the 5 year warranty because they insisted the warranty began in April 2006 when the builder installed the unit. The house was not completed until October 2006 when I moved in. RO was purchased last year and in less than a year it has broken down many times. we have asked service engineer to rectify it but no action and all we get is complaint no. We bought this Kent RO on 22nd Nov, 2010 last year.

I bought an awning from The Home Depot. It proved to have a serious installation design flaw. Installation brackets prevent the awning from closing to within about 2' of fully closed. AwnTech, the awning's maker, didn't give me any tech support when I called or emailed them. I had an appointment for a washing machine repair scheduled for 6/13/2011 between 1 and 5 PM. At 3 PM Sears called to say that they were overbooked and would not be able to fix the machine until Thursday 6/16/2011. I spoke to customer service. I was read a prepared script and told that they could not offer me an earlier appointment. I took a day off from work for nothing. SEARS SERVICE is the WORST! Ultrasonic Solar Animal Repeller
I tried the Solar PIR Motion Ultrasonic Animal Repeller for one week with the rechargeable batteries enabled, observed the red indicator light to be on. It had absolutely no effect on the 5 squirrels within 5 feet of it. Thinking that the batteries were defective, I replaced them with new alkaline batteries and tried again. Again the red light came on. I have attached a photo of a racoon within 5 feet of the unit aimed directly at the racoon. The racoon stayed where it was for easily 8 minutes continuing to eat bird seed fallen from the adjacent feeder. The unit does not work at all. read full review »

Marjan insisted that I pay for the Thermomix via a Slovakian escrow company - Discovery Trans-Shipping Company, who would receive the funds and not release them to Marjan until 10 days after I received the Thermomix and confirmed it to not be defective.

Where to begin? First of all, hire people that speak good enough English that we can understand each other. I got real sick of this non-English speaking person saying "I understand" when she didn't have a CLUE. I specifically told her that our washing maching had frozen in the winter freeze and was shooting water out the back and had been moved to the patio as we had water damage. They advertised a service call fee of $24.95 to check the air conditioning system. Martin Garcia arrived, opened the condenser unit and closed it. Went to the electric service board and switched on the breaker for the A/c and it started working. Someone must have switched the breaker off. Anways, Martin insisted on charging me $85 and became belligrent so I decided to pay him $65 just to get him out of my place. He refused to consider that he had advertised a service call for $24.95. I purchased the Paula Deen 12 qt stock pot at Walmart about 4 or 5 months ago. It was a GREAT pot for making large batches of soup and I was very happy with it until this morning. I left it soak in soapy water overnight after I used it yesterday and woke up this morning to find a big flaky spot in the middle of the bottom of the pan.
