After ordering their "free trial" offer for ColoThin, paying "only the shipping charge", my Visa card was automatically billed for $69.95 and another (unauthorized) container shipped to me. I shipped the second package back, unopened, and asked for credit to my Visa card. If the refund is not made promptly, my attorney will look into putting together a class action lawsuit against the company. Dentist Mark Pabst or his dental hygenist gave me Oral Lichen Plantus when I went to him to have my teeth cleaned. The infection started after I went to him. I bought Samsung gas dryer (DV407AG) on Nov of 2009. After using for about months, the drying clothes needs 2-4 hours. Kate's attempts to counter sue after we won in court failed and were dismissed with prejudice. The judge found her unprofessional and her case was unsubstantiated. I was reached by Sahara care to get NRI parents who live in India EMergency Insurance. I had for few years and one last Emergecy hospitalization bills were not paid as of today. Normally, this is not a big deal, but when I informed the employee had asked for dine in service, she stated "oh, whatever". You have to call and demand a refund and hopefully they will give it to you. Not to mention that I don't think this even worked for me.
