I did my first online mystery shopping assignment on April 30, 2009, and it's now June 17, 2009 and I never got paid. This office performed a root canal on me. I had two temporary crowns that fell out. Ok, they're temporary not a big deal. I then had my PERMANENT crown put on (which I paid several thousands of dollars for this procedure). The crown fell out 3 weeks later. Don't even take the trial unless you are fully prepared to pay the full amount for the trial product, AND be enrolled in the monthly program. Customer service does not exists. Messages to the CS line and email are never returned so you CANNOT CANCEL. They claim to be available Mon-Fri during normal business hours, but repeated phone calls to the 800 number during different times of the day, on different days went straight to voicemail. I was told by the sales person when I joined up that if I was transferred out of state or lost/quit my job I would have no trouble canceling my membership. I was recently laid off and explained my situation to Court South. Their reply was basically, "too bad." The contract is vague in some areas. I recommend that you DO NOT sign the contract when you visit. Take it home, and review it thoroughly. They also make a big deal about their 'movie work-out room.' I found this to be useless.
