Went in to Smart Style (inside our local Wal-Mart) today for cut, color and highlights. As recently as Feb 08 I was paying $50 to $60 for this same service at this shop, as well as another I frequented in another Alabama city. We signed up for T&C foods and were told that the freezer was only 500.00. So I called and asked to just pay the freezer off and that’s when I was told that it was 3500.00 with the warranty and set up fees. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for no results. Was offered a refund, but was told I would have to wait 8-12 weeks to get it, which is unheard of at any legit company. However, I waited and over 12 weeks later, I still have not seen anything, and they can't offer an explanation. I never would have signed up for this if my sister did not work there. I thought if anything they would treat me ok becuase my sister works there, nope they didn't care. This company has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered off their web site and received my product, but found out it was the wrong size. She was actually helpful, and cancelled my account. Make sure you get a confirmation cancellation # and that they email you with same. I now have to fight to get the $78.84 charge credited back. This doctor misdiagnosed my needs. This doctor did the wrond surgery on my then falsified he medical records. I was not informed that I would be charged an additional $6.99 for the second set of pads nor was I was given a final amount to be charged on my account. When registering with Virtual Office Temps, they REQUIRE you to have Ringcentral installed in your computer for hiring. I found out that VOT is a scam in itself and wished to cancel my 30 day free trial with Ringcentral. No one will answer the phone. I tried the live chat and waited out the queue for over 30 minutes and when it was my turn, they canceled the chat! In my opinion these two internet companies (Virtual Office Temps and Ringcentral) are working together to scam people or they are owned by the people and are to get your money for no services rendered. read full review »

I also signed up for free trial and shipping charges. Recieve 3 weeks later with additional products and charges. You are given 30 days to try. The reciept says you have 30 days to return from time ordered. Giving you only one week. I also found out today that they signed me up fpr another service which I was charged 29.95. In total this 4.95 trial has cost me about 95.oo. Some of which I will get back after returning and canceling what they have signed me up for. Having received some coupons in the mail I decided to stop by Hardees and try their Bacon, Egg & cheese Biscut @ .99 cents. Congatts, Hardees you have finally gotten your Bacon so thin that it only has one side. Not a good value @ .99 and definately not worth their regular price of $ 2.19.. The company charged me $29.95 for a membership that I never joined. I had never even heard of the company before. I had ordered a trial size of the acai berry product from a different- which was also a HUGE scam and the next thing I know I was being charged $78 from the first company and the $29.95 from the Fit Fac company.
