They lied on when they would pick up the stuff from my home, i should have taken that signal because it only got worse. My stuff came 2 months after the date i was told it would come. and only after threatening to sue and my lawyer doing some paperwork did they realize that i mean business and i will sue their ass off. I am holding SBI GOLD Credit card from last six months. I am not getting the bills on time and messages from sbi card. Apart from that i when i told this to sbi people, i am getting harrasing calls from sbi call centre, delhi. its really annoying and unreasonable act from sbi that without sending the bill they are harrasing the gold card holder members. now, they have charged me some heavy interest and financial charges. while i asked for the explaintation, they have nothing to say except harrasing calls for payment. The verizon service I have received has been inferior and impotent in resolving my VIOS tv delimna. Today, I was attempted to be scammed by Quality Resources/Value Plus organization. The phone number is 1-800-475-1942 as well as 1-727-712-0382 from N. Charleston, North Carolina. Beware of PO boxes. Some telemarketer from membership services will answer the phone who knows nothing. I had been using Airtel' s home 64 unlimited plan for more than 2 years. In may 2007 I applied for plan change to 796 plan and I had to apply for password at their galleria, Gurgaon branch, (giving a application with a photograph) after change of my plan since their helpline told me that they do not have any access to my usage and I would need to apply for internet password and only I could see my usage. Recently I made a call to Hutch customer service because I was being charged Re 1 per sms which was supposed to be 1 paisa per sms. I recently bought a new vodafone connection and requested for 199 add on plan but I have been issued 444 talk plan. On my frequent request in customer care it's not been set to 199 addon plan. I requested on 17th October for the same first time and I was asked to wait for 72 hrs., but it's still not done. Can this be done on urgent basis? Does vodafone has customer relationship respect? UPS CANADA is good in making and faking tracking details. It always claim fault on customer side when delivery is delayed. Often "customer is not found" or " incorrect address" , or " customer not avaialble".
