I bought a ticket for my fiance and at the last minute they told me i need to fax them my handwritten credit card information to confirm the ticket. We had bought the tickets about 2 months prior to our travel date and we confirmed them the night before our departure. When we got to the airport after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, one of their service representatives approached us and about five other families and told us the the flight was already closed. I would simply like to advise that coast to coast tickets raises the price of tickets by a great amount. $35 tickets were posted as being $91. In addition to that they had a shipping fee of about $30 on EACH of the tickets. Send me an envelope please, these are paper tickets for goodness sake. This may not be incredibly wrong, but with out doubt they are not oriented to providing you with the best possible deals and I advise you to look elsewhere as they are undoubtedly taking advantage.
