They Charge 110.00 for cleaning and over 200.00 a night, for a very dirty house with mouse dropping everywhere and traps. Also Mold and sewage smell! Cockroaches. I have recently had a most unsatisfactory and disappointing experience flying Emirates. My bag was lost for 6 days, my children were served the wrong meals, we suffered a 3 hour delay and certain members of your staff were unhelpful. A bank I worked at received a fax about a travel agency making reservations for 2 at an all inclusive resort in cancun or mayan riviera in mexico for $602, redeemable within 1 year. Stayed there 1 night while my daughter was having tests run at the Medical College of Georgia. After lining up for well over 2 hours for a flight to Perth, getting on the plane and then we being all the passengers ordered off the plane. The reason for this was a curfew. I have never experienced worse customer support, and I am involved with customer support on a daily basis. The $18 "Gift Fee" has saved me a lot of money because it has forced me to see that there are much better, and much cheaper alternatives to Greyhound.
