We purchased a timeshare and the extra golf package, and have always been told "all resorts are full" and have never been able to use even one day. But, if you look at their resort sites or Travelocity, rooms are plentiful! They would rather rent them out to the public and tell you no weeks are available. Puerto Vallarta. They promised you the moon telling you that listing it through them, because they are a realty company, that we have a sure sell within 6 months...all they needed was the $$$ up front and it would be listed on several websites. We had won a trip to Disneyland and Las Vegas we had to pay $330 what I assume to be taxes for it. They gave us a certificate and told us to call the number on it to make the reservation when we were ready to go. We have 2 years to use it when we were finally ready to take our trip we call and the number was disconnected we manage to find another number on the certificate but when we could the woman who answered said this isn't the place your looking for and hung up. I booked a hotel, the new Otani Kaimana Beach, through this company in April, about a month before my trip. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email immediately after. But when I got to the hotel (flew out from Los Angeles to Honolulu in May), I was informed that my reservation was canceled. I was shocked since my credit card was charged and no credit was posted. Being sent a bill for assessment fees on top of the regular yearly expensive maintenance fees . I like to know what has the parent company done with all their members' ( 50, 000 they claimed to have ) maintenance fees so far ? I vacationed at the Sandos Playacar last year and attended one of the time share tours, I did not purchase but I was given a vacation certificate for a free 1 week (8 days, 7 nights) for touring the hotel. My wife and I had booked a cruise directly with the cruiseline. Upon having a conversation with Roxanne Neukam @ Cruise Conneected, she stated she would rebate us $300 for giving her the booking. I left an expensive electronic item on a flight from Bangkok to Abu Dubai, unequivically it was in my seat pocket as another pasanger remembers seeing something 'White' in the wall seat pocket of my seat as they disembarked. the flight was 90 minutes late getting into Abu Dubai and I had a connecting flight to Ireland. Do not make any reservations at this hotel for any reason. This hotel was booked for only one night, which was supposed to be for a family get-together. Due to a heavy snowstorm in SD on the day we were to travel to hotel, we were unable to fulfill our reservations. Hotel required 24 hours notice to cancel reservation. Everything was horrible about Campers Paradise at 37 Steele Drive in Sigel PA 15860. I stayed in the "adult" "private" "cabin" which ended up being right next to the road, attached to the owners house, and could not be outside past 11pm without someone coming up to me saying to keep it down (even talking around a campfire at 12 am was bad). We cruised the Danube with Viking River Cruises in May, 2009. The trip included only a night and a day in Vienna, not enough but we accepted that based on at least having an evening there.
