There is literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Tiger Airways. There are no offices/branches information in the web site. There is only one call center number provided, which is always continously engaged, which leads to suspicion if the line is active or some one has just kept the phone on. I have a Waltmartmoney Visa/debit card I put $200 on it went on a trip when I went to purchased gas to return home it declined $20 worth of gas thank God I had an emergency checking account to get back home.
