I agreed to purchase a vehicle from this place after they agreed to fix the rear a/c, the rear brakes, and several other things. Instead of ordering a lugnut key, they broke off the locked lugnuts to do brake job. I know this because the owner told me they did. In doing so they broke one of the $400 wheels. They said they have no idea what I am talking about. They also did not fix the a/c. Their so called master mechanic only rigged it to work until 2 hours after I drove off the lot. I took it back and they had my vehicle for 4 days. They still have not fixed it. I have no trust in Luxor Auto that any of these issues will be rectified. read full review »

In short, I ordered 5 items from Speednation.com and only received 4 with a note stating the 5th would arrive within two weeks.
After 4-5 weeks went by I filed a complaint with Paypal and asked for my money back for the 5th item.

I used to subscribe to Popular Mechanics, a magazine published by HEARST PUBLICATIONS. In an effort to keep within my budget, I decided not to renew the subscription. However, HEARST sent me a bill anyway. Since I did not agree to renew my subscription, I did not pay the bill. HEARST then sent me another bill, which I wrote “CANCEL – DID NOT ORDER” on the bill and returned. I did this twice more. Then I received a notice from SUNRISE CREDIT SERVICES, INC., a collection agency, telling me to pay up!

Dish Network HD for life
I thought that getting a Dish Network HD DVR means to get all available HD channels, not only the local HD channels. Why do customers have to do this unnecessary step? This does not even make a sense and does not even work.

I didn't agree to the charge. I was told a packet would be sent and to look over. Nothing arrived. Now I an being charged $138.67 and it's a fraud! I bought a "01" 2500HD Silverado to replace the 1990 half ton Jimmy I used to pull my camper because we planned to upgrade to a fifth wheel. The truck is only driven in the summer months, has never seen snow, used almost only for pulling our camper, and had only 28, 328 miles on the original factory installed tires (Firestone)which I always check the tire pressure before a trip. Repeated attempts to contact Customer Service via email (plus two other email addresses listed under contacts) yielded no response, auto or otherwise. I had a similar experience prior to subscribing when I submitted a question to which I heard nothing back. But I went ahead and subscribed anyway (Zacks Investment Research is well known, and a Premium subscription is $199/year). Finding myself in need of Support again I find myself reaching a dead end. I tried to settle the account in 2008 with no luck because Truworths and the law firm at the time could not give me any details. I start getting calls in 2010 about the account, 3 years later. Placed order on 9/4, credit card charged on 9/7. On 9/16 received notice of shipment via FedEx with tracking number. FedEx site continued to say they never received the box from Decor-Collection.

My vehicle was not really dirty but it had some water spots on the windows so I decided to run it through the wash and get the express service so I could keep the costs down and not have to be concerned with tipping the people outside who normally wipe the car down after it goes through the wash.
I saw that there was an express wash for $5.00 but it stated that did not include drying, and I thought that meant the vehicle did not get an automated blow dry at the end of the wash, so I opted for the $8.00 wash.

These guys are horrible! They damaged both of my vehicles (2011 Toyota Sienna and 2001 Hyundai Sonata) transporting them from North Carolina to Oregon resulting in over $1400 in damage. It took 51 days of me calling and writing before they finally told me that they weren't going to pay for any of the damages they caused. So unethical!

In fact when I tried to have them rectify the situation they told me I had to pay extra to get the right paper done. THIS COMAPNY IS A JOKE. On September 16th, I bought a car insurance policy from Progressive after my AAA representative showed me a list of quotes from different companies. Progressive showed the lowest quote. I paid a $300 down payment on that day.
Over the next month, I received two notices, which together raised my premium by almost $100 per month. I rented a home theater system from rent 1st as well as a washer and dryer, couch and love seat, and a large rack stereo system. Ebay confirmed, Ebay sent instructions, Ebay confirmed receipt of money and said item was being shipped all on Oct 19. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff at this location is extremely rude. It's rare to encounter people who are so inconsiderate and oblivious to customers needs. I experiences a few minor problems with my rental truck, and instead of helping me, they continually blamed me and threatened to lump on additional charges. After signing the agreement with this company the nightmare began. Everything was scheduled, the day before pickup the schedule person called and insisted they be allowed to pick up furniture 6 hours earlier than scheduled. Drop off was scheduled for 1 week later. Owner operators, protect yourselves, read the contract and ask questions. Dont' accept answers tell them to put it in writing, because diferent people gives you diferent answers.
Ther contract states the rate per mile, but never states how many miles it's from point A to B, it claims they pay according to p.c. Miler. ya, big diference between what they pay and pc miler, and when you ask about the discipency, they will say, Oh we just pay flat rate. so the contract should state the flat rate not according to P.C.Miler.
