Discrimination of Handicapped Persons at the restaurant: 410 Bank Street Cape May, NJ. Manager refused to allow me to use the handicap ramp. And if another company such as Brighthouse want to request you be disconnected and take over that phone line without your consent, they can. They will NOT send you to collections over a $20. By law there is a minimum charge collection agencies will accept. I believe this amount is $250, but it could be as small as $100. Ignore North Shore Collection Agency. Simply send the envelope back with your request to cancell. But my goodness, don't pay then expect a refund. Their purpose is to scare you. XM is billing us for Lifetime service of the XM radio when we call because our service had been interrupted. Our last bill was over 1600 dollars for our one vehcile unit. Currently we do not have any service because our account was suspended because we didn't pay the 1600 dollrs, that we don't owe. This company after committing fraud on a lot of people, has now disconnected their telephone number. They offered a flat fee refinance of $995, and an appraisal fee of $280. I purchased my Jeep in 2007. I am currently on disability and will be going back to work next week and am 1 month behind on my payment. I have spoken to several representatives at Chrysler of my Financial situation and that I do have a job and will be going back to work soon. They harass me several times per day and tell me my car is out for repossession and then tell me the account is only unsecure. I was so comfortable talking to him I even offered him dinner and a drink to take with him. The magazine was never delivered. Used Cabot Cement Coat factory applied finish when constructing a new home. Within five years the color has faded to a completely different shade and my beautiful dream home looks awful.
