Two unauthorized charges for $49.95 appeared on our two most current monthly AT&T local phone service bills. 4/2/09 I purchased Roxio Toast9 at Staples in NM. When I installed it, the Roxio update says that Roxio 10 is current. I called their "Customer dis-Service" department and they said I had to get a refund from Staples, Staples won't refund because it is the most current retail version and Roxio has not released Toast 10 to retail. In 2004 we moved into our new home built with all Pella slimshade Windows and doors. Within two months, one of the "raise/lower" devices broke. Local Pella dealer came right out and replaced screen with different design. It works great BUT is completely different in appearance that nine other windows in same room. In addition, none of the slimshades will stay up. They slowly fall to about half way with some of the shades facing up and other facing down. Looks kinda crappy too. I had my nails done at this salon on December 29, 2004. The person that did my nails did not put the nails on right, I went back the next day because the nails were curved upwards in the air. I ordered a toner cartage and when it arrived most of the toner had managed to come out of the cartridge, and end up all over the inside of the box and all over my clothing when one opened the box. Toner does not come out of clothing easy. In June of this year I filed a claim to the TSA re damage to a musical instrument while in the care of the TSA. My equipment was broken, looked like it had been dropped on the floor. My music keyboard was broken, case of the keyboard was cracked ... and the circuit board inside was cracked. I sent several emails to every department they have listed on their website and get NO response back from anyone. I paid a total of $300.00 and not getting any service or access to the courses I signed up for. They have ripped me off. Company is a fraud. Promises management position to me, another girl answered the job ad for admin assistant, the job is going door to door to generate leads for painting estimates. They say it's 8 hours but want you to come back twice in the same day from 8:30am to 1pm (which turns out to be 1:30) then come back at 4pm ( but expect you at 3:30pm) to 8pm.
