Citizen automobile finance took more out of my account than authorized by me due to late charges however the late charges were not my error but theres and now they say they can not refund the amount owed back to me. The first -10 respresentors I spoke to via phone stated a check would be sent now they are saying that the amount owed is going to principle on my account. Filled in Petrol at IOC retail outlet dealer namely Ravi Automobile service, Ghatkopar Mahul Road, Tilaknagar, Mumbai-89 on 5.06.10 Bill No: 126624. After about 15 KMS my show room car just 15 days old stopped working. My car encountered engine trouble and was towed to Encinitas Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair for repair. After paying diagnosis charge, I was told that the injection pump needed to be rebuilt at estimated cost of approximately $2, 900.- and it takes about 2 weeks to complete. The car was then towed to my repair shop and I was charged for only $550.- to repair including rediagnosis work, rebuilding of the injection pump was unnecessary and the car came out perfectly . I brought my 1986 Chevrolet Corvette to Pepboys to get a State Inspection. This was on 5-22-2010. In the end result there was a list of repairs a mile long. I ended up taking the car to another shop and it only needed three out of the six items that Pepboys said it needed. And to boot they do'nt even carry 255/50ZR16 tires. I would not recommend renting any properties owned by the Kollmans. The townhouses are extremely dated. The landlords have an automatic renewal clause, they offer no notice even though I spoke on the phone several times inquiring of renewing for 6 months or month to month. during April of 09 I bought 4 tires at the store in the Festival of Bel Air. The price was right and the service quick. 14 months later and only 4, 000 miles driven on these tires I wanted to change my front brakes by myself. Something I had done many times. I couldn't get the lug nuts off. I had all types of professional tools and even had a 2 foot pipe on the breaker bar. They are suppose to be torqued to 100 foot pounds and these are way beyond that. Purchased a cargo mat for Chrysler mini-van on 05/07/2010. Today is 06/09/2010 and I have not received anything from these people other than the initial 'your payment has been approved' message.
