I bought a new Jonway 250 Scooter in March 2009. The first problem was that it overheated. The dealer where we bought the scooter, replaced the thermostat. Then the fan stopped working, and it was replaced. I recently purchased a 2006 Subaru Baja pick up from Sean Petty, et al. It was listed on Ebay Motors as having leather upholstery, but when I took delivery it did not have any leather. 2 weeks ago we rented a car from Avis through traveljigsaw with conf number 135527205 with no legal docs in, signages not working at all and a warning is always on on the screen. And we could not come back bec we rented the car from Geneve airport and immediately went to the highway to Paris. On 8/12/09 I brought my 2007 Jeep Compass into Miller’s Chrysler Jeep for internal transmission problems/issues, as it was making loud humming/grinding noises. I had major issues with Wayne's Service Center. I took my vehicle there for a transmission issue and 3 weeks later was told the issue was fixed. I paid and took the car home but the problem was not fixed. Multiple phone calls, two months and four trips back to the shop later and still nothing is fixed and they could not care less. I purchased a warranty from this company a few years back. The salepeople tell you one thing about the warranty to get youto purchase it. However, they DO NOT go into detail on what the warranty actually covers.
