Appliance Certified in Arizona Dishwasher Repair Service... they came and told me it was the Pump and control panel, $600.00. Two days later it is not working again... same symptoms. I call and they say "we will have to check the schedule and get back". When service calls were scheduled they never showed up. This has been going on for three months. We initially received a fraudulent motherboard from Code Micro. It took several emails and phone calls, including pictures of the fraudulent item next to the legitimate item, for the initial RMA to be accepted. While we had to eat the shipping charges both ways for a blatantly fake item, we were assured that the replacement item would be correct. The replacement was, as best we could tell, the proper item, however it was not at all functional. Code Micro delayed the RMA process for the second item long enough to force it outside the window during which returns were accepted and are now refusing to take back the DOA item.
