I have had my HP Officejet J4680 for less than a year and have had NOTHING but problems with it. I was told that the printer cartridges are bad and need to replace them, replacing them may not fix the problem with my printer. HP will not replace the printer cartridges. I refuse to spend the excessive amount of money needed to replace them not knowing if the problem will be resolved. I will NEVER EVER buy an HP product again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I bought an LG Incite CT810 phone from AT&T. One day it would not turn on. I found that one of the battery connectors inside the phone was broken and not making contact so no power. I sent it to LG and they said it was because of abuse on my part. How can this be, I have taken the battery out maybe ten times and then only to reset the phone.
