Unit began to disconnect all incoming calls placed to cell Bluetooth connection. Repeated calls and replacement did not resolve the problem. Supplier would not take the item for return as unit purchase date had passed 30 days. Panasonic would make no effort to take the unit back, refund purchase, or offer credit. After just 2 years my 2008 Dell PC is shot. Both the hard drive and the motherboard had to be replaced. Even though I have an extended warranty it was a battle for it to be honored. Replacement parts were older parts from 2005. Now just hours since everything has been installed I now have a computer that loads like I'm using dial up and picture quality is terrible. Everything is fuzzy. Also discovered that both USB ports are no longer functioning. Now another battle will begin. I will NEVER purchase a Dell product again! we shipped my sons psp to the kmart repair back on march 3, 2010. sent by ups. I called to find out why it was not returned. the guy told me since it has past 30 days, they were going to refund the purchase price and the taxes on it. he said that we would recieve the refund on a card in 15 days. that time came and gone. now kmart is refusing to send the refund. Seems like Sonys quality is going down hill. I have had a camera for just under 2 years for which i paid a 400 dollar premium over Canon and JVC . With less than 100 hours of recording this camera has autofocus issues and is not able to focus on anything. I have had other sony products for years and they go on and on but recently just like toyota the japanese company quality seems to be deteroriating. This is a fault in flash wiring assembly. However, Canon would not accept that this is a problem. After a while my camera flash stopped functioning, total burn out. The camera is 13 months old I complained to Canon who said there is nothing they could do, I can have the flash unit replaced at my cost.
