This company advertised an item on their website that we ordered on Dec. 12 and we did not hear from them until Dec. 23 that the item had shipped, the very day it was to arrive... so when we got it it was totally the wrong item and when we called they said the item we ordered was totally wrong. So, there you have it a totally worthless company that does not communicate very well the status of a shipment and then ships the wrong item all the while they were advertising an item that was out of stock. Bought a new HP P.C for navigation use only on a tugboat first one had to go back to Circuit city after 3 days, it kept shutting down. ordered a product online, they took the money and said on my receipt I could collect the item instead of paying a shipping fee. As the location was not far from my home, I went there to see when they were open. When I got there, there was nothing open at all, so I am passing the details to the police. I have not been able to get through on the phones and I have even emailed and till had no response. Although it not a great mount of money, I feel cheated and annoyed thay I have to spend more money elsewhere. The money has left my account so the Bank say it will be in the hands of the police. I bought my NEC Versa E6300 in Singapore during at an IT show in March 2009. Now the cap of letter 'H' is detached (loose) from the keyboard. I thought there was some reference to writing reviews of products or services. Some sort of advertising copy writing.
