I bought a house in Dec. of 2005 and assumed the existing propane gas service that the previous owner had. I pay on time and they deliver on time. I just want to terminate their delivery service. I purchased an appliance from Home Depot 2 weeks ago and was told that it had to be special ordered. I advised them that I needed a delivery on Saturday. A delivery was scheduled from 9-12pm on Saturday. We were assured by the sales rep that it was a fixed rate and not an open-ended credit account. It took 3 weeks to get it delivered, they forgot to take away the old mattress's even though they had to step over them in my drive way and the bed is already leaking after 48 hours. I paid a couple of thousand dollars for what I thought would be a top-of-the-line appliance by Thermador, and now I'd give anything to get rid of it and replace it. The oven makes so much noise that you want to turn it off asap to restore some peace and quiet. The oven takes a long time to heat up (about 20 or more minutes) and about 5-10 minutes to cool down so that the noisy fan shuts off. My Acquaguard water purifier is under Annual Maintenance contract. I am mking complaints to all levels in Eureka forbes at known no. including the local Agent to whom they further sub-letted the contract, nobody seems to be concerned to address to the complaint.
