The people at the store were just as nice as could be, and several of our pieces have defects, small enough we decided to overlook, but the delivery is ridiculous! My Aqua Guard stopped working and I had to call Eureka Forbes for getting it repaired (since we had bought it from them). They insisted us on signing the annual service contract which we did not do (since we had heard about their poor service and hence this money would go down the drain). I am very fed up with this Agency for supply of gas cylinder. They take minimum 20-30 days for supplying of gas cylinder. i checked from other agencies of Indian Oil & Hindustan Petroleum, they deliver the complaint of gas booking within 2-5 days from the date of booking. I have written letters as well as emails and have not gotten a response from anyone. I decided to call but after being given about 8 different phone #s, no one was able to help. I am certain that I am disconnected by design. In utter frustration now, should I contact my lawyer?? The problem is that my clothes smell moldy after ashing. A service person from the company came after 2 days and told me that we will call you and then we will tell you the detail of the problem. After 5 days when i called the service center back, the call attender didn't took my request properly and disconnected my call several times. At last she failed to five me a complain number. We have a built-in Thermador Model SC302TW convection/conventional double oven, purchased it in May 2000. It failed almost immediately and was fixed at the end of June. It worked for a while, then failed again and was fixed in July, 2003, toward the end of the warrantee- only parts were covered. Soon after the panel grew too dim to read. They said they'd replace the panel again, but at our expense. So we use it without being able to read the panel. Don't buy Thermador products. read full review »
