I placed my order on August 31st. I quickly learned that LTD Commodities does not give you a complete total price until after they ship out your orders. The reason for this is because they don't have set shipping costs. They could send out your item(s) in one box or in one box per item and charge you shipping for each item. 1. Plastic wheel broke in first 3 weeks although weight of hose did not exceed 300 feet of medium grade hose. 2. I ordered two lamps. CSN Lighting charged me, but only shipped one lamp -and that lamp arrived late and broken. I have repeatedly requested that they send me a replacement part, but all they will say is "we have ordered it". They won't tell me when I can expect it to arrive. Champion advertise custom room but, would not put baker board under vinyl siding in under room/deck, bees enter room thru poorly misfitted screens. I purchased a brand new aerator from Husqvarna and paid $2500 for it. I never used it but supposedly had gas in it when they tested to make sure it worked at the factory. The tank was empty when I received it. It would not start so I took it to a Husq dealership. They stated it had a bad carburetor and was not covered under warranty. It would cost me $165. I contacted Husqvarna and they stated it was not covered under their policy. Even though they were the ones that put the gas in it. CanterPoint Energy gas division of Houston, Texas accidentally shutoff my gas services this morning for non-payment of my bill which was paid via their online billing services. I had my confirmation print out from my computer had the technician rang the doorbell and notified us. I have many ongoing and unresolved issues with the Hoover Company. Two months ago I placed an order for a couple of filters and belts for my bagless vacuum cleaner. I have spent in excess of EIGHT hours on the phone trying to get these parts. I have spoken with one or two very helpful and pleasant reps and about 6 or seven rude and might I say incompetent reps. C & S Flooring of Woolwich, Maine, installed the hardwood flooring in my new house several years ago. I have had problems with it from the start. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done.
