I bought an item valued at $19.99 on e-bay and paid for UPS shipping. I had no choice as I wouldn't have picked UPS. They are the worst!! Anyway when the driver arrived he asked for a COD of $21.14 for brokerage and taxes. This is more than the item was worth. I was advised by the driver to call and complain. That got me no where. The girl didn't give a dam and said too bad you should have checked the web site first. Ordered ashtray on March 27, 2007. Trayvad required payment before would ship ashtray. Our check was cashed for $63.65 by Trayvad in April, 07. Trayvad has not delivered ash tray. I have had similar programs with GE Money Bank. I did the Promotional loan on getting carpet. I paid it all in full on August 4, 2006 at 12:20pm. I have confirmation that I paid and they received payment with a reference number. They keep calling saying I have not paid and I get bills for delinquent payments. Just wanted to share, we have had horrible customer service with the Ashley Furniture store on Woodlane Rd. in Mount Holly/ Eastampton NJ. I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher, model GU2700XTSQ from RC Willey a couple months ago. I complained to Whirlpool that my dishes never would dry. The door, walls and ceiling of the dishwasher after the cycle is complete always have large water droplets that remain unless I leave the door open for 12+ hours afterwards. Home Pride, Inc. in Omaha, NE contracted to put an entire new roof on my home in Earling, IA, after a tornado last year. Amana gas range, Model No. ACF 3325AW, worked well until-- 5 years after purchase--we tried the self-cleaning feature... disaster. Trim on the top of the door melted, which was easily fixable, and the igniter apparently shorted out. I have Hitachi AC. The electronic circuit board of AC got damage. I called Hitachi Authorized Mechanic to solve the problem. He replaced the circuit Board with new one. We recently bought Nafco / Domco vinyl strips and laid them in our bathroom. When we purchased the strips, the person where we purchased them from ask what type of floor we had down and I told him solarium. He said it would be ok to lay the strips over our existing floor. He did not have the glue recommended on the box but sold us SAFOT 380. We used the 1/16" X 1/16" X 1/16" trowl so we would not get the glue too thick.
