I Had purchased a 1.5 liter Samsung AC 2 years back in Delhi India and it has never worked since when the temperature rose above 40 degrees centrigade. Since 2nd June 2007 it had stopped working completely and I have made several calls to the customer support number they have provided but without any response leave aside a visit. I booked a cylinder on 26.5.2007 in M / S Srinivasa Gas Agency, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu. Till date the cylinder is not supplied. Everyday the office staff tells that it would be supplied "today". Have tried to get Truegreen out to my place now for two weeks. They have made alot of promises and never showed up. They even sent me a bill for over 1000.00 for the whole year and was going to charge me double of what they had quoted me. I called them up and gave them a second chance, they even flubbed that up. I am truly disgusted with the service I have received from this "upscale" furniture shop. I ordered an ottoman and a leaning ladder bookshelf on 28DEC, they said it would take 4-6 weeks for the ottaman to arrive and it is now over 6 months later and I still have not received it. To top it off i have received the worst customer service I have ever received from many staff there, but in particular from 3 of the Store Managers and the "Customer Service Rep". My consumer number is 32859 with gruh laxmi enterprise at shapur nagar jeedimetla hyderabad. Few days back, when i called to distributer for booking of lpg gas refill - they told your connection is transferred, they told a telephone number - as 23091232. Till date no one has shown the interest to say hello... etc. As on now i have 2 cylinder connection & 2nd is already on. But on one is coming ahead to help me. The output of water is minimal and we are forced to buy mineral water of 60 rupees everyday since 14th of May till date. Everytime upon being asked, the assurance is given that the problem will be sorted out within 24 hrs but its all shameless acts of ignoring the responsibilities towards the consumer. I m acing this problem from last 1 year. I book my lpg gas cylinder with sai gas (talawade rd, triveninagar, pune) but they have never delivered it on time... 3 years ago we purchased a Maytag washing machine, which out of the blue it developed an overflowing problem. The washer kept filling up and would not shot down, which in turn flooded my basement causing damage to our carpet and other items. Naturally since the guaranteed had expired it meant that to repair the washer it would have set us back several hundreds of dollars so we chose to purchase a new washer. On May 29 I contacted Maytag via e-mail and just today received a reply which basically told me though luck, it was my responsibility to repair the machine no matter the cost. Repair tech said he fixed the washing machine.So he ran the washer through its cycle before he left and five minutes later the machine quit running again. I called A&E Factory service five minutes after he left and was told that they would contact the tech and get back to me regarding a time frame for his return. I received no reply! Purchased a Kenmore Gas Grill 4-5 years ago. The grill worked great for about 1 month. From that point forward it has been nothing but a nightmare. The regulator has been replaced almost yearly now. I purchased a Remote controlled Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan W/light fixture. I turned it on today to use and it was on for about an hour when it started making a noise in the fan, so I turned it off. A little while later I smelled something burning and there was smoke pouring out of the fan, it somehow turned itself back on and I ran and turned off the main power to it. I had to call 911. I ordered a sofa, chair and ottoman in Oct 2006. It was a special order. They delivered at the end of Jan 2007. Chair was damaged. There was a small hole in the fabric on the top of the chair. I accepted it (which I know now I shouldn't have done) and called the store right away. The manager said new fabric would be ordered and the chair would be fixed. By phone I ordered a vertical blind from Sears Canada, delivery of which would be 2 days hence. Within 15 minutes I realized having ordered the wrong size and immediately called back to cancel the first and order the proper size. Add me to the club. My refrigerator is 14 months old and is on the brink of leaving me. Upon delivery a shelf bracket was broken. I had to drive to hhgregg to get one from a floor model, they did give me gas money and refund my delivery cost. Two months later the right door and an alignment problem, had to have a repairman to fix that. When the time came for them to replace our air conditioner the company says we switched some switchers or wires to by pass something and that caused the air conditioner to stop working. I just want to let all consumers know that sleekspaces.com or Gatelys will rip you off. We moved and ordered bedroom furniture 8 weeks ago. We were told four weeks ago that it was finally being shipped only to be sent an email yesterday that our entire order was on backorder. After disconnected numerous times and being put on hold more than five minutes each time, we were told that we were never told our order was being shipped. Bought at Masons furniture store in cloverdale surrey BC a month or so ago... We complained to the store about a mark on the top of the chair the leather seems to have been damaged, the piping which should go over the frame is offset, which we think has caused the damage to the edge of the chair... The store informs us that if a technician comes out it will cost us $65.00, otherwise my husband should bring it in to the store, he has asthma so that is impossible for us to do...
