Buyer Beware!! I bought a non-stick pan from Plasma and after 6 months it lost it's non-stick properties, even thought the warranty was for 20 years. This pan cost me almost $300 on top of it all. This winter I went to Sears (Lindenhurst) to replace a spark plug for the above mentioned snow thrower. We purchased a new 5th Wheel 2/12/2011 and have had a Dometic Refrigerator that would not work It retailed for 2600.00 and how the got that high price no one knows. Put in a claim to get roof fixed and roofers had defective material. Had to replace the entire roof again and had leaks and roof damaged caused by workers the second time. Many calls have been made to owner to schedule a repair date but have been given the run around. It's been over six months and repairs still have not been done. DO NOT recommend this company. In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks.
