I want to share my experience with Dow Bond Plumbing. Started as a simple repair for less than a thousand, but Bond told me the current hot water delivery system was not up to code. He kept adding what had to be done. When the state inspector came he told me the original installation did meet code. I worked for this company since the beginning of the year and it is the worst job I have ever had. The job itself is bad but to make things worst the owner which goes by the name Jay is unprofessional and has no manners at all. I have been receiving calls from an agent at Furnmart in the collections department due to late payment of monthly fees for products obtained from Furnmart Botswana Station branch from a Mrs. Moeng, who is decidedly rude and unprofessional in her conduct. My kitchen floor was gouged during installation of the stove when it was dragged into place.Three months later, after 15 phone calls to the myriad of phone numbers given to me, an adjuster has not contacted me. Wanted vinyl flooring in 2 basement (apartment) entrances. Picked out cheap vinyl flooring from Home Depot on Feb 2; vinyl left warehouse on 17th - never made it to the store. I am very unhappy about threatening phone calls, sometimes several a day. I paid up front for a home inspection In November, 2010 and never got a report, the owner claiming everything was lost when his computer crashed (this was more than a month afterwards).. In July '10 I had 9 windows installed by Sears using a contracted company called Arcor at a cost of $10431.45. I had an issue after All American Propane filled my tank and called them to let them know about it. The woman I spoke with was very rude to me and made me fill as if she did not want my business. I told her that I would be looking into finding a new gas company. All American Propane came today and took the tank without me canceling my service. Servpro was hired by my apartment complex to clean the debris in the garages left by the flooding. Servpro cleaned the garages in my building on a rainy/snowy day. To prevent the gas generator used to power wash the garages from getting "ruined", the geniuses put the generator inside the building rather than outside.
