I am sick of the disreguard that the VA has for it's patients. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I cancelled the auto ship over the phone back in October and I am still being charged and receiving unwanted product. I called again to try to set this matter straight and very conveniently, the caracol support staff can't find my account information in their system to stop the unwanted shippments, but some how they have no problems charging my credit card; they didn't loose "that" particular information. I was a temp worker for two weeks at Bremner Food Group until I was hired in. I was supposed to provide two forms of identification to be hired in. I paid for a ring on october 26, 2008. I also requested a "free" pair of earrings. I received the "free" earrings, but never the ring that I paid for. i have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order, and only received an invoice marked as finished. I have had lengthy emails back and forth with this company and unapproved charges as everyone else has it seems. I will let everyone know that you need to stick with the complaining to them and it will get you somewhere. I know they seem like they are scamming you (which they are), but you can in return stick it to them. Make sure that you are noting everything thing with them. When I called Spa Chakra they quoted me their old prices, which was $70 for a partial highlights, $65 for a haircut. When I got the bill it ended up being $110 for partial highlights and $100 for a haircut. The work was so poorly done but I did not want to cause a scene at the spa. Some of my highlights were black.
