Lack of respect for ticketed passengers with a seat assignment. I purchased a ticket to fly from Albany, NY to Knoxville TN connecting through Detroit. I got to the check in 1 1/2 hours before the flight and was told that I had to be rebooked to connect in Atlanta because the flight was overbooked. I traveled to EconoLodge (OH430) in Worthington, OH for a high school wrestling tournament on 3/5/09. Two rooms were reserved by the team coordinator. This company runs their sales similar to a timeshare presentation. They promise verbally condo's for 199 a week and 150 airfare but are very unlikely to produce these. The travel agency provides only verbal commitments and they made it difficult to trust anything they say verbally. I requested a condo for August over a month ago. I called twice and still have not heard back. As a business person I have stayed at this hotel many times as they have always had a computer and printer for travelers usage. The last 2 times I've been there they have had 2 broken computers and printers. I purposely did not print my things out at home so I didn't have to carry them only to get there and no usage. I had booked airport transfer facility via an email dated 29th March. However, when I reached the airport, I found that there was nobody to pick us from the shuttle stop. I had 5 reservations for 5 rooms for 6 nights three pre-paid as the price was very good. I have confirmation of the reservation. The hotel had no rooms available when the group arrived. I had to put them in the Marriott and my phone bill to sort out rooms for them is in excess of Euro 450. I had to pay again at the hotel and was told by Roomsnet that they would refund me the money.
