We had won a trip to Disneyland and Las Vegas we had to pay $330 what I assume to be taxes for it. They gave us a certificate and told us to call the number on it to make the reservation when we were ready to go. I booked a hotel, the new Otani Kaimana Beach, through this company in April, about a month before my trip. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email immediately after. My wife and I had booked a cruise directly with the cruiseline. Upon having a conversation with Roxanne Neukam @ Cruise Conneected, she stated she would rebate us $300 for giving her the booking. Do not make any reservations at this hotel for any reason. This hotel was booked for only one night, which was supposed to be for a family get-together. Everything was horrible about Campers Paradise at 37 Steele Drive in Sigel PA 15860.
