I checked into my condo that I rented on February 20th, 2009. Upon checking in, apparently the previous renters needed a crib and it was still in the unit. I called and asked to have it removed. The lady on the phone could not find that offer that was sent to me and rudely commented that the only offer she sees that was sent to me was a 30% off room rates.
