The program automatically reorders and sends whatever you ordered every three months and charges your credit card. I complained to them and they said that I approved being enrolled in the program when I bought my first order. This is BS! I ordered an LG phone from cellular-blowout about 2 weeks before Christmas with 2-day shipping. But, because they did not deliver the product in time, I cancelled the order and requested refund. We purchased insurance in August 2008 for a trip to Aruba in June 2009. I became pregnant and will be 32+ weeks at the time of our trip. On December 31 we checked into The Serrano Hotel near Union Square and put our car in a garage through their valet parking service. I had been forced to change my flight multiple times with each time paying a penalty for the change.
