I returned my five-year old leased vehicle to the required location which turned out to be an Auction House. I was told just to drop it off, they did not examine it in my presence. Next thing I know I get a $1, 800 bill from the Wells Fargo Auto Leasing -- of which $1, 400 was excessive wear and tear and $400 was their end of lease fee. I bought a set of struts for my 02 Dodge Intrepid from this company on Mar 1, 2011. The first indication of a problem was that 2 of the upper mounting bolts broke upon installation (they were properly torqued, with a tried and true torque wrench). I took my car to Geddes Automotive in Onehunga for repair (it was misfiring). They replaced a muffler but told me the car was still not running properly and would need to do tests. I agreed. Hello I would like to know if you can test a dust sample for me. It's quite important as me and my family were covered in a dust that blasted out of a rented car which left burning sensations in our chests and lungs. I took my car in for a normal oil change and found when I received my car back that a $100 visa gift card was taken out of my glove box. I reported this to the service advisor as soon as I checked the car over and asked why someone had to go into my glove box for an oil change. I purchased a car from 4 Front car sales last year and had problems within a few minutes of driving out the forecourt.
