Dino Direct advertised a ciber Monday deal, immediately deducted my money and more than 30 days later still have not delivered my merchandise even though I was assured it would come before Christmas. Bought Microbeam flashlight3 pack in 2007. Used two flashlights, and after they failed, switched to third. After six weeks of use, third flashlight malfunctioned. Brookstone refused to exchange. I tried the Usell.com website knowing that it was probably a scam, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to send in some old phones that were lying around collecting dust. Dont ever buy an electronic item from a Zoom Vending machine - especially at Macy's. The return policy - which they do NOT tell you when you buy - is ONLY through Zoom Systems. Zoom Systems makes you call in to an 800 number, fill out a form over the phone, then wait 10 days to get an email telling you how to return the product - at your expense and insured - to them. This company basically stoled from me in Dec. of 2006. Netdroppshipper told me that goods were shipped and gave me phony tracking numbers. They never returned my calls and email messages. Before I knew it, I was out $8k with my customers because I had to issue them refunds. Also the goods that did shipped arrived damaged. This company shortly went out of business but never gave me any kind of refund. This is a warning! Do not work for Intouch Wireless. They have cell phone kiosk pritty much in every mall. I used to work for a smaller company selling tmobile from one of these kiosk. Then a company called intouch wireless brought them out. I work with the prior company for over 5 years. (no issues with them) As soon as Intouch wireless took over thats when the nightmare began. They actually had a recording for their support team and it disconnected the listener while their support lines were supposedly open. Item shipped to me 8 days after ordered and after paying for the priority handling. Netbook would not connect to internet, wireless connection was so weak that you had to litterly be on top of the modem and still had no internet. Also brought down connection to all the other computers on our network. Also would not connect to the internet using a cable. Sent it back. I had to pay another $10.00 to ship.
