HP Officejet 6500 Wireless Had to replace the magenta ink cartridge which requires breaking an orange tab off of the cartridge before inserting into the printer. Tab broke off ok but the cartridge leaked immediately all over hands and clothes. Can't remove ink from clothes and needed a brillo pad to clean hands. Emailed to HP asking where to send the cleaning bill. There only response was that they would send a replacement cartridge and no comment on the cleaning problem. On all of thier ads they say how they are the BEST vacuum cleaner on the market however, I wanted a GOOD vacuums as I have a white dog that sheds and it doesn't even pick up dog hair.
