I bought a netgear wireless router dsl modem combo and had to call tech support. The support was so bad I wasted hours and they did not help me. They told me a one point my ethernet card was bad and my problem was unusual (right). I got it to connect to the internet myself and called back to get help seeing other computers through the router on the network.
