Buyer beware...I had my computer looked at for $200. After a few days the problems all came back. I called them to complain and said that I only had five days to call and complain. It would be another $80 to fix. I passed and said I wsas not interested. It nowturns out that they were charing me a service fee of $59.97 every 3 months for service I was not using nor did I authorize this charge. I called acer for customer support, their recording has some issues so it hung up on me 4 times. so i found another number, the agent wanted to charge me $129.90 just to talk to a technical support agent on the phone. I am not kidding, I was pretty shocked too when I heard it. Now, it is extremely for me to reach acer, i dug up a number of phone numbers from them, but none of them lets me talk to agents. I have a number of laptops at home, such as HP, whenever I call them, they always answer me with a nice attitude and help solve my problem. I purchased a Lexmark X6575 and when I ran out of ink purchased a remanufactured ink cartridge from a company I have trusted for years. There is nothing wrong with the reman cartridge, but the printer will not show me what my ink levels are.
