On 1/31/2010 I purchased an ASUS Eee-PC mini laptop computer and was exchanged for having hard-drive issues due to counterfeit software. I was given a new laptop of the same brand. I have had many Brother MFC machines. They finally came up with a winner (i.e. Toyota). From the first time I used this unit, paper jam after paper jam, after paper jam and there was never any paper jammed. SO...I guess "You can't fix stupid" and I have the dumb machine. Purchased microwave (MMV4203DW) on 7/18/2009. The turntable quit functioning within 3 months, now the microwave will not heat (it has voltage, clock function ect). Very disappointed with your product. Having this many problems in 9 months is unacceptable.
