Kodak Easy Share Z1285
I have a Kodak Easy Share Z1285 digital camera that the lens is stuck in the extended position. Also the unit will turn on and immediately turn back off. I have tried new batteries that aree compatible with the unit according to Kodak's own guide lines. I have found several other website where people complain of the same type of malfunctions with their Kodak Easy Share Z1285 cameras. I believe this to be a design flaw that Kodak is unwilling to rectify unless unit is under warranty. My camera is out of warranty yet has only been used around 20 times at the most. It has never been dropped or had any liquid spilled on it, yet it still is broken. read full review »

Your mobile spot
We bought about 20.000 dollars of phones and half of them came with defects. Your Mobile Spot has promised to refund the money for the bad phones but its been 2 months and they haven't done anything about it. The amount for the bad phones is 3.500 dollars.

On line trial of PC Tools Registry Mechanic showed that I need to purchase it to repair my registry.
I gave credit card # and paid $19.95 2 months ago.
I have not received a license name or code which are needed to register and run the PC Tool Mechanic.
There is no phone or other contact suppport listing.

I purchased a brand new replacement bulb for my DLP television. I made payment in full to them online and received the initial email confirmation stating my order was received, accepted and processing. This was on 1/8/2010. Masalam! I was very disappointed to find out that the new validity days for sr10 prepaid load is only good for 3 days. Is Mobily going bankrupt? I cannot understand why Mobily is copying the system like in the Phils (ie Smart and Globe) which is ILLEGAL. I will not be surprised if mobily subscriber like me will switch to other network. Ordered 5 HTC HD2 cellphones from these guys on Alibaba, paid money by TT received nothing. Received a track and trace number for EMS which travelled over China then got delivered to Israel, I suspect this same number was given to other people as a delay tactic to buy some time before negative feedback hit the web.
Warning this company will disappear of Alibaba soon and pop up under a different name so do not trust any of them. Similiar fraud operations also exist on Trade-Key.

Sprint (thumbdrive)
We were paying $61.36 a month for Sprint thumbdrive/ internet access since December 2008. Then July 2009 they start charging outrageous fees for going over "your account spending limit." They only give 5 mgbt and charge you way more than double if you use 10 mgbt for example. I don't know what I do each day that generates what mgbt so how can I believe what they say is true?? Clear 4G
I live in an area advertised as having 4G coverage. The degrading signal(s) resulted in chronic signal loss (for me).
I was not able to stay "online" for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time - then required to reboot modem, and attempt to get back online - what a hassle.
The Notebook computer I used was running Win7 and is state of the art.
Now I too have the hassles of returing items, hours on the phone trying to cancel/get credit.
